OPEN TO (A) LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT
OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER AND WHO ARE PHYSICALLY
LOCATED AND RESIDE IN THE FIFTY UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA;
OR (B) LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CANADA (EXCLUDING THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC)
WHO ARE OF THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR PROVINCE OR TERRITORY OF RESIDENCE
AND WHO ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED AND RESIDE IN CANADA (EXCLUDING THE PROVINCE
OF QUEBEC); AND WHO ARE REGISTERED MEMBERS OF .

- ELIGIBILITY: Skype’s Casino Instant
Win Game (the “Game”) is open to legal residents of
the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding
the Province of Quebec) who are: physically located and reside in the
fifty United States, District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding the
Province of Quebec); 18 years of age or older for U.S. residents and
the age of majority in their province or territory of residence for
Canadian residents; and confirmed registered members of
(the "Skype Site") at time of entry ("Eligible Participant").
Void in Puerto Rico, the Province of Quebec, and where prohibited. Employees,
directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents,
children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective
household members, of Skype Communications (“Sponsor”),
its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising
and promotion agencies, and Strobe Promotions, Inc., are not eligible
to enter. Game is subject to all federal, state, local, provincial,
and municipal laws. U.S. law governs this Game. You must be a Skype
member in order to receive a prize.
- GAME TIMING/DESCRIPTION: The Game begins
at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) on March 1, 2007, and ends 11:59:59
PM PT on March 31, 2007 (the "Promotion Period"). There will
be daily instant win prizes awarded each day as per the Daily Prize
Chart in Rule #5 for a total of 150,430 Instant Win prizes (“Instant
Win prizes”) awarded throughout the Promotion Period. Limit
three (3) instant win prizes per person/Skype User ID.
- HOW TO PLAY: To play the Game, log onto
Skype.com and follow the links to the Skype Casino Instant Winner Game
(the “Game Site”) during the Promotion Period. You must
have a Skype User ID to play. If you do not have a Skype User Id, download/activate
Skype at http://www.skype.com. Skype is a free download. Follow the
instructions on the screen to play (“Game Play”). You will
be required to provide your name, email address, and mailing address,
phone number & Skype Name. If you receive a prize winning message,
you are a winner of the prize indicated subject to verification and
compliance with these Official Rules. If you do not receive a prize
winning message, you are not an instant winner. Winning messages will
be seeded randomly throughout the Promotion Period. Once you have played
the game, you will be given the opportunity to earn an additional instant
win game play by sending an e-card email to three (3) friends, telling
them about the promotion (each email address submitted must be valid
and unique and not already part of the Skype database of users). When
you submit an email to three (3) friends, you will receive one (1) additional
game play. There is a limit of two additional instant win game plays
via this method. There is a limit of three (3) total game plays throughout
the Promotion Period. Game Play must be completed
during the Promotion Period in order to be valid. Proof of Game
Play and/or winning that is generated or provided by an entrant shall
not be considered proof of playing and/or winning. Game ends 11:59:59
PM PT on March 31, 2007. Unclaimed Instant Win Prizes will not be awarded.
Game Plays made with multiple Skype accounts; under multiple identities
or through the use of any agent or other device or artifice to play
multiple times will be deemed invalid. Incomplete Game Play not complying
with these Official Rules is subject to disqualification. Sponsor is
not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, damaged, or misdirected
game plays. Use of the Game Site, and Sponsor’s use of information
submitted by entrant in connection with the Game, will be subject to
the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules as well as to
the Skype User Agreement and Privacy Policy available on the Skype Site.
If a dispute results as to the identity of an online entrant, it will
be determined that the online entry was submitted by the authorized
account holder of the Skype User ID from which the call is made. For
these purposes, the authorized account holder is the natural person
assigned to the Skype User ID by Skype Inc. As a condition of receiving
a prize, winners who are residents of Canada will be required to correctly
answer (unaided) a time-limited mathematical skill-test question. Allow
4-6 weeks after Promotion Period ends for delivery of prize. Limit
three prizes per person/Skype User ID.
- Winner Notification: Potential instant winners
will receive immediate notification online, subject to verification
and compliance with these official rules. Failure to return any information
as specified, prize notification being returned as undeliverable or
potential winner not complying with any term of these Official Rules
will result in the participant being disqualified.

winners will be randomly seeded each day during the Promotion Period
based on the Daily Prize Chart below.

are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Skype credits will be applied
to your Skype account. Minutes are based on the Skype Global rate of
2.1 US cents per minute. Higher rates may apply to other destinations.
A connection fee of USD 0.039 applies to every call made using these
credits. Any and all guarantees and warrantees on merchandise prizes
are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions and winners
agree to look solely to said manufacturers for any such warranty or
guarantee claim. Terms and conditions related to SkypeOut Minutes apply.
Prize is subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised
prize is unavailable. All prizes will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable;
no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted, except by the Sponsor
at their sole discretion. All taxes and any other
costs related to this prize not specifically stated within these Official
Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.

- CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering,
entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility
requirements. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her
name, image, likeness, photography, voice, and biographical material
for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes by Sponsor, or
a party designated by the Sponsor, including but not limited to, any
online announcements, without additional compensation, except where
prohibited by law. Entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be
governed by the laws of the state of California. Entrant agrees that
the conditions of submission set forth in these Official Rules, and
all documents and agreements incorporated in these Official Rules by
reference solely govern the relationship between the entrant and Skype
in connection with this Game.
- Number of prizes: No more than the listed
number of prizes will be awarded. In the event of a technical or human
error, or for any other reason, the number of winning game plays distributed
or received for any prize level exceeds the number of prizes listed
for that level, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing
from among all eligible prize claims received to award the listed number
of prizes.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ENTRANTS HEREBY
AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SKYPE COMMUNICATIONS AND
STROBE PROMOTIONS, INC. AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES,
AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES,
EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND SHAREHOLDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASEES”)
FROM ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING
IN THIS GAME OR FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF
ANY PRIZE AWARDED OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. THIS
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT

IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE
TO THE GAME OR THE PRIZES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING,
SKYPE DOES NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS
WITH RESPECT TO THE SKYPE SITE AND SKYPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE
CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS RELATED THERETO. Releasees
are not responsible for lost, late, illegible or inaudible information
or game plays or submissions, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical,
human or electronic. Releasees are not responsible for technical, hardware
or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable
network connections, inability to access a website, fraud, incomplete,
garbled, or delayed computer transmissions or inaccurate transcription

human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration,
security, fairness or integrity and proper play of the Game. CAUTION:
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE
THE WEBSITE OR ANY ONLINE SERVICE RELATED TO THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE
THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL

PROSECUTION. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official
Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate the rules
or interfere with this Game in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified,
Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that entrant’s eligibility
to participate in the Game. Any attempts by an individual to access
any website associated with this Game via a bot script or other brute
force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in the IP address
becoming ineligible. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.
- WINNERS’ LIST: For the names of the
winners with a prize valued over $25, available after April 13, 2007,
mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope by April 13, 2007, to: Skype
Casino Winners, c/o Strobe Promotions, Inc., 535 S. Broadway, Suite
203, Hicksville, NY 11801. Residents of VT and Canada may omit return
postage.
